LLC. **Industry:** Construction & Contracting – Piling, shoring & Dewatering **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for construction materials and services. * Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with project requirements. * Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. * Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for procurement planning. * Track orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites. * Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. * Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking. * Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–5 years of procurement experience in construction or contracting industry. * Strong knowledge of construction materials and local suppliers in the UAE. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working on large-scale construction projects. * Familiarity with UAE market pricing and logistics. * Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Employment visa and Medical insurance. * Annual leave and End-of-service benefits as per UAE Labour Law. * Opportunities for career growth. * Supportive and professional work environment.
