Production Engineer

**Job Description:** We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in façade work, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. A Diploma or Engineering Degree is required, with proficiency in Orgadata LOGIKAL material take-off preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and oversee the production process for metal doors and windows façade projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines. * Utilize Orgadata LOGIKAL software to perform accurate material take-offs and generate production plans and cutting lists. * Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and procurement teams to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste. * Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards throughout the production process. * Provide technical support and guidance to production staff, resolving any technical issues or challenges that may arise. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in façade work, with a focus on production engineering. * Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in Orgadata LOGIKAL material take-off software preferred. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, welding, and assembly. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams. * Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. * Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.
