Senior Quantity Surveyor

**Job Title:** Senior Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out & Marble **Location:** Sharjah, UAE **Salary:** AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month Job Description We are seeking an experienced **Senior Quantity Surveyor** with a strong background in **Fit-Out and Marble projects** to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have extensive UAE experience in quantity surveying, cost control, contract administration, and project budgeting. Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for fit-out and marble works. * Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings. * Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. * Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts. * Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams. * Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications. * Prepare monthly cost reports and management reports. * Identify and mitigate commercial risks while maximizing project profitability. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. * **Minimum 7–10 years of UAE experience** in Quantity Surveying. * **Mandatory experience in Fit-Out and Marble projects.** * Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimation, and contract administration. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software. * Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects independently. * Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage. Preferred Candidate * Immediate joiners or candidates with a cancelled visa will be preferred. * Experience working with reputed Fit-Out or Marble contracting companies in the UAE. * Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
