Project Director – Interior Fit-Out Company: Sadaf Group Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time About the Role Sadaf Group is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee multiple interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive project management experience, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities \* Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. \* Provide strategic direction to Project Managers, Site Engineers, and project teams. \* Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements. \* Monitor project progress, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation. \* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders. \* Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE requirements, and company quality standards. \* Identify project risks and implement effective solutions. \* Drive operational excellence, productivity, and client satisfaction. Requirements \* 5–6 years of experience in a senior Project Management or Project Director role within the Interior Fit-Out industry. \* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. \* Proven experience managing multiple large-scale interior fit-out projects. \* Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and commercial management. \* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. \* UAE experience is highly preferred. \* UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
