Coordination with all Civil sub-contractors. * Responsible for Coordination with Design team / SEC for substation project * Estimate the BOQ of civil works. * Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial projections * Arranging resources for structural and finishing works for smooth execution of project * Identify, develop qualified & reliable vendor base for supply/subcontractor category items * Controlling the cost within the approved budget * Monitoring the project Time schedule on daily, weekly and monthly basis and initiating corrective action if there is any deviation occurs * Coordinate and follow-up with vendors for material deliveries as per agreed schedules * Closure of Civil related punch points
