Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As we continue to grow our technology, product, commercial, and corporate teams, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us identify and attract exceptional talent across Saudi Arabia and international markets. This role is ideal for an experienced technology recruiter who understands the pace of a high-growth company, can engage passive candidates, and is comfortable managing recruitment across highly specialized technical and business functions. Please note: This is an on-site role based in our office in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should be willing to relocate or already be based in the region. **What You'll Do** * Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles across Saudi Arabia and international markets. * Recruit across engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, product, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, sales, and corporate functions. * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective hiring strategies. * Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, targeted outreach, talent communities, and creative sourcing methods. * Screen and assess candidates for technical capability, professional potential, motivation, and alignment with Fathom’s values. * Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current vacancies and future organizational requirements. * Manage candidate communication and deliver a professional, responsive, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. * Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, offers, and pre-joining activities. * Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining hiring speed, candidate quality, and process discipline. * Track recruitment metrics, including time to hire, source effectiveness, conversion rates, offer acceptance, and hiring-manager satisfaction. * Recommend improvements to recruitment workflows, assessment practices, tools, and reporting. * Support Fathom’s employer-brand presence across local, regional, and international talent markets. **What We're Looking For** * 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience within international technology startups, scale-ups, software companies, or other fast-growing technology environments. * Proven experience hiring software engineers, AI specialists, data professionals, cloud engineers, DevOps professionals, cybersecurity specialists, product teams, and other technical talent. * Experience recruiting across Saudi Arabia and international markets. * Strong direct-sourcing capabilities and a demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates. * Strong interviewing, candidate-assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. * The ability to understand technical roles and confidently evaluate candidates against defined competency requirements. * Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and modern AI-enabled recruitment tools. * A strong understanding of the current technology landscape, technical disciplines, and emerging talent trends. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented working style. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience scaling teams within a high-growth startup or technology company. * Recruitment experience across the GCC, Europe, or distributed international teams. * Knowledge of the Saudi labor market, employment environment, and recruitment practices. * Experience supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent communities, or university partnerships. * Exposure to workforce planning, recruitment analytics, or structured competency-based interviewing. **What Success Looks Like** Success in this role means building trusted partnerships with hiring managers, developing strong talent pipelines, improving recruitment quality and speed, and helping Fathom attract people capable of building and commercializing complex enterprise technology. **Why Join Fathom.io?** At Fathom, you will have the opportunity to help shape the team behind an ambitious enterprise technology platform.
