**Job Description – Project Engineer (Dubai Buildings Experience)** **Job Title:** Project Engineer – Building Construction **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Industry:** Construction **Salary:** **AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Project Engineer** with a strong background in **Dubai building construction projects**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project execution, ensuring construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing building construction projects. * Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved. * Review construction drawings, specifications, and method statements. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives. * Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Ensure construction works comply with project specifications, Dubai Municipality regulations, and quality standards. * Coordinate material procurement and monitor timely delivery to the site. * Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during construction. * Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies. * Participate in inspections, testing, snagging, and project handover activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * **5–8 years of construction experience**, with **at least 3–5 years of Dubai building construction experience (mandatory).** * Experience in **residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects**. * Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works. * Familiarity with **Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and other relevant authority requirements**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Primavera P6/MS Project, and MS Office**. * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * UAE Driving License is preferred. **Benefits** * Employment Visa * Medical Insurance * Annual Leave * End-of-Service Benefits as per UAE Labour Law **Job Type** Full-time **Salary** **AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month** **To Apply** **Email:** **[email protected]** **Call/WhatsApp:** **0502557143** Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
