Project Engineer (Retail Interior Fit-out)

**Project Engineer – Luxury Interior Fit-Out** **Location:** Dubai, UAE About the Role We are seeking an experienced **Project Engineer** to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in **luxury interior fit-out projects**, particularly for **high-end branded retail outlets**, and be capable of managing projects from planning through successful completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Manage luxury retail fit-out projects from commencement to handover. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery. * Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation. * Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. * Monitor project costs, progress, and resource allocation. * Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress reports. * Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies. * Coordinate with production, procurement, and factory teams to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. * **Minimum 5 years of UAE experience** in luxury interior fit-out projects. * Mandatory experience delivering **high-end branded retail stores**. * Strong understanding of joinery, metal works, glass, stone, and premium finishing materials. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. * Excellent project planning and coordination skills. * Strong communication and client management abilities. * Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software. * UAE Driving Licence is preferred. * Immediate joiners will be given preference.
