Project Manager

**ConsultantHSS (CHSS) -** is a professional establishment that offers a full spectrum of engineering services including Architectural Designs, Construction Supervision, Project Management, Environmental Services, Building Modeling Services and facilitating financing solutions for projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the delivery of moderately complex projects or defined elements of larger programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. * Undertake discrete project tasks on major projects under the direction of a senior project manager or project director. * Apply and maintain all relevant company systems and processes to ensure project governance and compliance. * Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client presentation, and market research. * Actively participate in networking events to build industry presence and identify new opportunities. * Own and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and single point of accountability for client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. * Mentor and support the professional development of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. * Apply established project management tools and methodologies to plan, monitor, and control project delivery. * Manage all phases of projects (from beginning to close-out) * Works mostly independently but receives basic instructions on specific assignments, objectives, complex features and possible solutions. * Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects. * May supervise: senior level engineers (all discipline applicable) * Take commercial accountability for assigned projects, including fee management, budget control, and profitability. * Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects and teams, prioritizing resources across competing deadlines. * Contribute to the preparation and leadership of bids and proposals for new work. * Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal disciplines, and report project status to senior leadership on a regular cadence. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture * Professional membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., UAE Society of Engineers) * PMP certification is required. * 8-12 years of experience in project management (Design and Pre-Contract Stage) * Experience with internal project delivery systems and ERP platforms. * Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft office suite * Excellent skills in budgeting, cost estimation, and scheduling * Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies * Knowledge of UAE construction laws and regulations * Experience in buildings and infrastructure projects is required **Only open to applicants currently residing in the UAE who are available to join within 1 month or less.** Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Can you join within 1 month? * Total years of experience as a Project Engineer?
