Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out Company: Sadaf Group Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time About the Role Sadaf Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities \* Manage interior fit-out projects from start to handover. \* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. \* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and site progress. \* Lead Site Engineers and project teams to achieve project milestones. \* Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations. \* Prepare project progress reports and resolve site-related issues. \* Ensure timely procurement of materials and effective resource planning. Requirements \* 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager in the Interior Fit-Out industry. \* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. \* Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution, project planning, and site management. \* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. \* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines. \* Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
