Project Manager (Mechanical Engineer)

**Location:** Dubai - UAE **Job Summary:** We Are Hiring – Mechanical Project Manager CEM Gulf LLC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to act as Project Manager for a lifting-station project in Dubai. Requirements: \* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. \* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. \* Strong experience in pumping/lifting stations, infrastructure or water-related projects. \* UAE experience is must. \* Good knowledge of pumps, piping, valves, electrical/control interfaces, testing and commissioning. \* Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: \* Full responsibility for project execution from mobilization to handover. \* Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and procurement. \* Control programme, cost, quality and HSE requirements. \* Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works. \* Manage inspections, testing, commissioning and client/consultant approvals.
