Project Manager- Swimming pools, Water Feature and Landscape

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution * Manage the complete lifecycle of landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, water feature, hardscape, softscape, and civil works projects from award to handover. * Develop project execution plans, construction schedules, resource plans, and work methodologies. * Review project scope, contracts, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents before project commencement. * Ensure projects are delivered safely, within approved timelines, budget, and quality standards. * Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required. 2. Site & Construction Management * Lead and manage Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors, and project teams. * Coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. * Monitor manpower productivity, equipment utilization, and material availability. * Resolve technical, operational, and construction-related challenges. * Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings. 3. Client & Stakeholder Management * Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities. * Attend project progress meetings, technical coordination meetings, and client review meetings. * Maintain strong professional relationships with project stakeholders. * Ensure client requirements and contractual obligations are achieved. 4. Commercial & Cost Control * Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow, and overall financial performance. * Review variations, claims, change orders, and additional work requests. * Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors and Procurement teams to optimize project costs. * Monitor material wastage and implement cost-control measures. * Support project forecasting and financial reporting activities. 5. Procurement & Resource Management * Coordinate procurement schedules for materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements. * Ensure timely availability of resources to prevent project delays. * Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance. * Review material requests and verify project resource requirements. 6. Technical Coordination * Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions. * Coordinate with design, engineering, QA/QC, and procurement teams to resolve technical issues. * Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Identify technical improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality. 7. Quality Assurance & HSE Compliance * Ensure compliance with company QA/QC procedures and project quality standards. * Implement and monitor HSE policies in accordance with UAE safety regulations. * Conduct regular safety inspections and support HSE audits. * Ensure timely closure of NCRs, quality observations, and site issues. 8. Project Monitoring & Reporting * Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports. * Monitor project KPIs, milestones, productivity, risks, and overall performance. * Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and correspondence. * Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities. 9. Team Leadership & Development * Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to project teams. * Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance. * Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Support staff development and knowledge sharing. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. * Minimum **8–12 years of UAE experience** managing landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, water feature, hardscape, softscape, or civil construction projects. * Proven experience delivering commercial, residential, hospitality, infrastructure, and government projects. * Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, project execution, contract administration, and project controls.
