Project Planning Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Planning Manager with extensive experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing operational plans, optimizing resources, and leading our planning functions to achieve business objectives in the dynamic UAE environment. Your deep local knowledge will be crucial in driving efficiency and supporting informed decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic & Operational Planning:** Develop, implement, and manage the overall operational and strategic planning process, tailored to the UAE market dynamics. * **Demand & Supply Planning:** Lead the demand forecasting and supply/inventory planning processes, considering local supply chain logistics, regulations, and market trends. * **Stakeholder Management:** Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring plan alignment and execution within the UAE context. * **Performance Analysis:** Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and service levels. * **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planners and analysts. * **Process Improvement:** Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes, systems, and tools to enhance accuracy and scalability for our UAE operations. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. * **A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a planning or supply chain management role within the UAE.** * **Proven experience in managing super high-rise projects within the UAE (40floors and up), villas, and luxury community development**, with strong knowledge of local construction practices, regulations, and approval processes. * **PMP certificate required** * In-depth understanding of the local business landscape, regulatory environment, and supply chain logistics. * Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, and sales & operations planning (S&OP) processes. * Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in data analysis. * Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
