Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with solid hands-on experience across manual, automation, mobile, and API testing. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile products, working closely with developers and product teams in an Agile environment. ***Manual Testing*** * Analyse business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios * Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing * Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution in JIRA * Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution ***Automation Testing*** * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks * Execute automated regression suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines * Improve automation coverage and optimize test execution time * Participate in framework enhancements and code reviews ***Mobile Testing*** * Test Android and iOS applications across multiple devices and OS versions * Validate UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and usability * Cover compatibility, installation, interruption, and network scenarios ***API Testing*** * Validate REST/SOAP APIs covering requests, responses, schema, and error handling * Test authentication, authorization, and API security * Automate API test cases and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines ***Accessibility Testing*** * Evaluate interfaces against WCAG 2.1 AA standards * Use tools such as Axe or Lighthouse to identify accessibility gaps * Collaborate with designers and developers on remediation **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience in QE / Software Testing * Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies * Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and development teams * Hands-on experience in web, mobile, and API testing * Experience with API testing tools such as Postman * Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress — openness to learning is acceptable * Familiarity with mobile automation tools such as Appium is a plus * Basic knowledge of Java or JavaScript * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions is a plus * Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and tools such as Axe or Lighthouse is a plus * Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA
