Quantity Surveyor

**Job Description** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Estimation & Post-Tender Engineer / Quantity Surveyor** to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in both pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets. * Manage all post-tender commercial activities and contract administration. * Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications. * Prepare detailed rate analysis for new and existing items. * Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets. * Prepare and submit interim and final payment applications (billing). * Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders and claims. * Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for commercial compliance. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. * Track project progress, cost forecasts, and cash flow. * Maintain proper documentation for contracts, variations, and payment records. * Assist in subcontractor evaluation, measurement, and payment certification. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** in estimation and post-tender activities (landscape or construction experience is preferred). * Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, rate analysis, budgeting, billing, and variation submissions. * Excellent understanding of contract administration and commercial management. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other estimation software. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
