Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out)

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Quantity Surveyor** with UAE fit-out experience to manage project costs, prepare accurate estimates, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with project teams to deliver projects within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for fit-out projects. * Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Measure quantities and prepare material take-offs. * Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. * Prepare project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts. * Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Process variations, valuations, and final accounts. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams. * Ensure compliance with contract terms and company standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **2–5 years of UAE fit-out experience**. * Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, methods, and pricing. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software. * Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * UAE driving license is an advantage. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Employment Visa and Medical Insurance. * Annual Leave and Air Ticket Allowance. * Housing Accommodations * Career growth opportunities within a growing fit-out company.
