Real Estate Portfolio Manager

The Property Consultant is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, must develop an ethical approach and understand the property market with a focus on the area assigned to him / her. **We Provide:** -Opportunity to do Off Plan sales as well as Secondary sales (and Leasing). -Lead Generation: Mall Activations, International and Local road shows, Property shows and Exhibitions, Digital Campaigns etc. -Residence Visa / Labor card -Medical Insurance -Attractive commission Structure (Best ever in market) -Latest and extensive Advertising tools -In-house Marketing support along with professional inhouse photographer -Back Office support to coordinate on Administration tasks -Diversified, friendly and lively work environment -Other additional Benefits subject to performance. **Job Responsibilities Include:** -Assisting clients in a professional ethical manner in finding them off plan property to purchase. -Achieving sales targets / КPI's. -Stay up-to-date with the property market and new Project releases and payment plans. Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and developers. -Ensure all inquiries are attended to within 24 hours. -Follow-up with clients on a regular basis. -Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately. -Follow company's policy and procedure for each internal and external transactions. **Requirements:** -Must be Dubai based. -Must have a car and D/L -Arabic Speaker is advantage. -Office based position in SZR. -Must be willing to work on Commission only (Uncapped Earning Potential). -Minimum of 2 Years Real Estate experience -Very good Knowledge of Dubai areas. -Excellent written and spoken English Skills. -Smart presentation, negotiating and networking skills. -Self-driven, Hardworking, Ambitious and reliable. -Good computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.). -Previous RERA training and certificate is an advantage Work Remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent Application Question(s): * Do you have Dubai real estate Experience? * Do you have a Car and driver's license?
