Restaurant Manager

**Position Title : Restaurant Manager** **Job Summary** The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall management of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, financial performance, team leadership, and compliance with company standards. The role drives revenue growth, controls costs, develops employees, and ensures the restaurant consistently meets quality and service objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage all restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance. * Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction. * Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant management and service teams. * Develop staffing plans, schedules, and workforce requirements. * Monitor sales performance, budgets, food cost, labor cost, and profitability. * Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and legal regulations. * Review operational performance and implement continuous improvements. * Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control measures. * Oversee cash management, revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting. * Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure effective service recovery. * Coordinate with culinary, purchasing, maintenance, finance, and HR departments. * Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and business development activities. * Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations. * Ensure proper maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment. * Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management. * Perform other duties assigned by Management. **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. * Minimum 6–8 years of restaurant or hospitality experience. * Minimum 3 years in a management role. * Strong knowledge of restaurant financial management and cost control. * Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills. * Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. * Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance. * Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
