Job Title: Retail Sales TrainerLocation: Baghdad, IraqEmployment Type: Full-timePosition SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic, highly experienced Retail Sales Trainer to empower and elevate our retail sales team across all store locations. In this role, you will be actively engaged on the retail floor, designing and delivering hands-on training programs that drive sales excellence, elevate customer experience, and boost overall team performance. You will play a key role in building a culture of continuous learning to support our high-touch retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Capability Development:Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive in-house training modules tailored to the retail environment.Train sales staff on advanced sales techniques, customer consultative selling, complaint handling, and effective upselling/cross-selling strategies.دOnboarding & Turnover Management:Implement an agile, fast-track onboarding framework to quickly train and integrate new sales hires.Conduct structured initial training to ensure new team members reach full operational readiness within their first week.On-the-Floor Coaching & Engagement:Maintain a strong, hands-on presence across stores through daily huddles, weekly interactive workshops, and regular floor coaching.Shadow sales staff during live customer interactions, providing immediate feedback and constructive guidance.Performance Monitoring & Quality Assurance:Conduct monthly store audits and mystery shopping evaluations to measure training effectiveness and service quality.Track key retail metrics (Conversion Rate, Average Basket Size, Units Per Transaction) to measure training ROI and identify focus areas.Program Enhancement:Continuously update training materials and role-playing scenarios based on sales performance data, customer feedback, and seasonal trends.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Trainer, specifically within the retail, fashion, or high-volume customer service sector.Sales Expertise: Strong track record in retail sales techniques, upselling strategies, customer objection handling, and customer service excellence.Training Skills: Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and one-on-one coaching abilities with a hands-on, energetic approach.Adaptability: High adaptability to work directly inside retail store environments alongside front-line staff.Languages: Fluent in Arabic; v. good command of professional English is required.How to Apply:Send your updated CV to [email protected] with the subject line  Retail Sales Trainer  – Baghdad"#All_Iraq_Jobs
