We’re Hiring: Technical Support EngineerDepartment: Technical Support / Field OperationsLocation: Field-Based — Baghdad, IraqSchedule: Full-TimeASL ALUROBA is seeking a field-ready Technical Support Engineer with hands-on experience in L1/L2 networking, FTTH, structured cabling, and CCTV systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, test, and troubleshoot network, FTTH, and CCTV systemsConfigure switches, VLANs, STP, LAN/WAN connectivity, and structured cablingSplice and test fiber using OTDR, power meters, light sources, and VFL toolsProvision ONTs/ONUs and configure VLANs, PPPoE, DHCP, NAT, Wi-Fi, and port forwardingDiagnose GPON faults, including LOS, LOF, low optical power, and high BERInstall and configure IP/analog cameras, DVR/NVR systems, PoE, storage, and remote viewingConduct site surveys and prepare installation and handover documentationCoordinate with clients, project teams, vendors, and junior techniciansRequirementsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related fieldOne to three years of relevant field experienceStrong knowledge of L1/L2 networking, FTTH, GPON/EPON, fiber splicing, and CCTVMandatory CCNA and HCIA certificationsCCNP, HCIP, FTTH, fiber-optic, or CCTV certification is an advantageWillingness to travel, work at heights, and support projects outside standard hoursStrong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skillsArabic and English proficiency is preferredApply through the following link:https://lnkd.in/dAW9-3XE#All_Iraq_Jobsج
