Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities:** **1. Sales Support:** * Assist the sales team in preparing orders, proposals, and presentations for potential clients. * Prepare Account wise Sales Vs Target vs Achievement reports, MIS reports * Coordinate with internal departments to gather relevant information for client requests. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and status updates. **2. Export Client Communication:** * Act as a point of contact for export clients, addressing inquiries, providing sales or marketing new launches, planogram, related information in line with line manager. * Collect monthly reports from each distributors prepare the category wise reports * Follow up with clients to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction levels. * Follow up with logistics, NPD, Marketing for smooth operations * Coordinate with Exports, Buyers to obtain pricing, availability, and other relevant information. * Manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements. * Assist in tracking sales orders, deliveries, and project timelines. · Coordinate a cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse and Finance department towards common goals set by the organization. * Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Required Skills : · Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. · Relevant experience preferred. · Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint). · Proficient in appropriate software. · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
