Sales Engineer – ELV / Fire & Safety (Project Sales) | UAE **Job Title:** Sales Engineer – ELV / Fire & Safety (Project Sales) Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented **Sales Engineer – ELV / Fire & Safety** to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in project sales within the ELV and Fire & Safety industry, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users. Leads will be provided, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle through project completion. Key Responsibilities * Manage the complete project sales lifecycle from lead qualification to order closure. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users. * Schedule and conduct client meetings to present ELV and Fire & Safety solutions. * Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions. * Coordinate with the estimation team to prepare technical and commercial proposals. * Support the preparation and submission of technical documents for consultant/client approvals. * Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close orders to achieve sales targets. * Act as the key point of contact between clients and the project execution team. * Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution. * Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM software and MS Office. Requirements * 4–7 years of UAE experience in ELV / Fire & Safety project sales. * Proven record of achieving sales targets in the UAE market. * Strong network of consultants, contractors, and developers. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform under pressure. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. * Valid UAE driving license with willingness to travel across the UAE.
