Sales Manager – Consumer Healthcare (Durex Experience Preferred)

Job Description Pranic Drug Store LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Sales Manager** to drive the growth of our consumer healthcare portfolio in the UAE. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with proven experience in managing **Durex** or similar sexual wellness brands and a strong understanding of the UAE retail and pharmacy market. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. * Manage and expand sales across pharmacies, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and modern trade channels. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners. * Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand. * Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives. * Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. * Minimum **5 years of sales management experience** in the UAE consumer healthcare or FMCG industry. * **Proven experience handling Durex or similar condom/sexual wellness brands is required.** * Strong network within UAE pharmacy chains, supermarkets, and distributors. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
