Sales Manager – E-Commerce / Online Sales

Job Description Pranic Drug Store LLC is looking for an experienced **Sales Manager – E-Commerce / Online Sales** to drive our online business growth across leading marketplaces such as **Noon, Amazon, Carrefour, Talabat, and other e-commerce platforms**. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing online sales channels, increasing revenue, optimizing product listings, and executing successful digital sales strategies. Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow sales across Noon and other online marketplaces. * Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability. * Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with accurate content and images. * Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities. * Manage inventory, stock availability, and order fulfillment coordination. * Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports. * Plan and execute online promotional campaigns. * Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve product visibility and customer experience. * Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain high seller performance metrics. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience managing online sales in the UAE.** * Hands-on experience with **Noon Seller Lab** is required. * Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other UAE e-commerce platforms is an advantage. * Strong understanding of marketplace operations, product listing optimization, and digital sales strategies. * Experience with inventory management and sales reporting. * Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and e-commerce reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or consumer products. * Proven track record of achieving online sales targets. * Knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace advertising is a plus.
