**Job Title**: Sales Manager - Lighting Trading Company **Location:** United Arab Emirates **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Sales Manager** to lead our sales operations across the UAE for our growing lighting trading business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the lighting industry, strong leadership capabilities, and extensive experience in both **B2B and B2C** sales. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, leading the sales team, and driving sustainable business growth throughout the UAE. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company sales and profitability targets across the UAE. * Lead, coach, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team to maximize productivity and revenue. * Identify and develop new business opportunities in wholesale, retail, project, contractor, consultant, and corporate sectors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. * Negotiate major sales agreements, contracts, and commercial terms while ensuring profitability. * Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business relationships and identify new sales opportunities. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements to develop effective sales initiatives. * Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance analyses for senior management. * Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. * Collaborate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, marketing, finance, and sales support teams to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer service. * Oversee customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery, effective after-sales support, and prompt resolution of customer concerns. * Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase market share. * Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales personnel while promoting a high-performance sales culture. * Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and UAE market regulations. * Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings to promote the company's products and services. **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **5–7 years of sales experience** in the UAE lighting industry, with at least **2–3 years in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role**. * Strong experience in **Wholesale and Retail Sales (B2B & B2C)** within the lighting, electrical, or building materials industry. * Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. * Strong leadership, team management, coaching, and performance management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong understanding of the UAE lighting market, customer network, and industry trends. * Experience in project sales and dealing with contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors will be an added advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Fluency in English is required.
