Sales & Marketing Manager

**German Steel Contracting** is looking for an experienced **Sales & Marketing Manager** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years of UAE experience** in the **structural steel industry**. * Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing of structural steel projects. * Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and steel fabrication market. * Ability to identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Valid UAE driving license is preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth. * Generate new leads and secure structural steel fabrication projects. * Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients. * Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
