Sales Supervisor

Description Job Brief The Sales Supervisor leads daily sales activities, manages the sales team, expands market coverage and achieves sales targets for the company’s water cup products. The role develops customer relationships, strengthens distribution and ensures product availability. Key Responsibilities Develop sales plans and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Supervise, coach and monitor sales representatives. Allocate territories, customer accounts and targets. Develop business with wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, groceries, restaurants, hotels and corporate customers. Maintain customer relationships and follow up on orders and complaints. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions and distribution. Ensure product availability and coverage across assigned territories. Review customer visits, sales reports, orders and collection status. Coordinate with Distribution, Warehouse and Finance on deliveries and collections. Monitor credit limits and outstanding balances under company policy. Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management. Requirements Qualifications At least 5 years of sales experience; FMCG, beverage or water industry experience preferred. Experience leading sales personnel and achieving targets. Knowledge of distribution channels and territory management. A driving licence and ability to travel within assigned territories when required. A degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred. Skills Sales planning and target management. Team supervision and coaching. Negotiation and customer relationship management.
