This is **not an exterior visualization, façade design, landscape visualization, or general architectural visualization position**. Candidates whose portfolios mainly feature exterior buildings, façades, landscaping, urban design, or master-planning projects will not be considered. A strong and detailed **interior design visualization portfolio is mandatory**. Job Overview Bygnicon Building Contracting LLC is seeking a highly experienced and creative **Senior Interior 3D Visualizer** with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design visualization. The successful candidate must have advanced experience creating premium-quality, photorealistic interior renders for luxury apartments, villas, penthouses, hospitality spaces, and high-end interior fit-out projects. This is not a traditional 3D visualization position. The candidate must also possess in-depth, practical knowledge of using artificial intelligence for interior design concept development, rendering, image enhancement, material development, furniture visualization, and post-production. We are looking for a professional who can combine: * Strong interior design understanding * Advanced 3D modelling and rendering skills * Detailed knowledge of luxury materials and finishes * Excellent furniture, lighting, and styling capability * Practical AI expertise * Strong technical understanding of interior fit-out projects Candidates with proven experience in UAE ,European, Russian, and international luxury interior design styles and high-end global projects will be given preference. Interior Design Experience Required The candidate must have strong professional experience producing interior visualizations for spaces such as: * Luxury living rooms * Bedrooms and master suites * Walk-in wardrobes * Luxury bathrooms and spa-style bathrooms * Kitchens and show kitchens * Dining rooms * Entrance foyers and corridors * Home offices * Majlis areas * Hospitality interiors * Restaurants and lounges * High-end retail interiors * Luxury residential apartments, villas, and penthouses The candidate must understand interior scale, furniture proportions, circulation, ergonomics, material coordination, lighting, styling, and construction detailing. Key Responsibilities * Produce high-quality, photorealistic interior renders. * Develop luxury interior concepts, mood visuals, material studies, and presentation images. * Convert AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp models, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and material references into detailed interior visualizations. * Create accurate interior scenes based on approved layouts and technical drawings. * Model or develop detailed interior elements, including custom joinery, wardrobes, vanities, wall panels, ceiling features, doors, furniture, and decorative items. * Create realistic materials such as marble, travertine, wood veneer, leather, fabric, metal, glass, mirror, wallpaper, paint, and decorative finishes. * Produce accurate lighting scenes using spotlights, magnetic track lights, chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, cove lighting, and decorative lighting. * Develop realistic furniture arrangements, styling, accessories, artwork, curtains, carpets, and decorative objects. * Produce close-up detail renders, material views, day renders, night renders, and presentation-quality interior images. * Create multiple interior design options and visual variations within project deadlines. * Use AI tools for concept development, material testing, furniture variations, lighting enhancement, image editing, and post-production. * Maintain architectural accuracy while using AI-assisted workflows. * Coordinate with interior designers, architects, engineers, project managers, suppliers, and site teams. * Implement revisions based on client and management feedback. * Maintain properly organized models, textures, libraries, project files, and render outputs. * Research and implement new AI tools relevant to interior design visualization. * Develop and improve the company’s internal AI-assisted interior visualization workflow. * Support or guide junior visualizers when required.
