Senior Accountant

**Job Overview** We are looking for an experienced **Senior Accountant** with a strong background in the **UAE Labor Supply/Manpower Outsourcing** industry to manage day-to-day accounting operations, payroll, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Fixed Assets. * Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and account reconciliations. * Process and verify high-volume payroll and WPS for blue-collar and white-collar employees in compliance with MOHRE regulations. * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and other statutory reporting requirements. * Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and working capital. * Perform labor cost analysis, project costing, and support cost control initiatives. * Prepare VAT and Corporate Tax schedules and coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. * Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for all accounting transactions. * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. * Coordinate with banks, suppliers, clients, and government authorities on financial matters. * Support the Finance Manager with financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements. * Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage). * Minimum **4–5 years of UAE accounting experience**, including **2–3 years as a Senior Accountant**, preferably in the **Labor Supply/Manpower Outsourcing** industry. * Strong knowledge of **UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS, MOHRE regulations, payroll, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting**. * Experience handling **high-volume payroll** for blue-collar workforces. * Proficiency in **ERP/Accounting software** and **Microsoft Excel**. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice are preferred. **Benefits** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities * Professional work environment * Annual Leave as per UAE Labor Law * Medical Insurance * Visa provided by the company **Apply Now** If you meet the above requirements and have relevant UAE Labor Supply industry experience, we encourage you to apply with your updated CV. **Only shortlisted candidates with relevant UAE Labor Supply/Manpower Outsourcing experience will be contacted.** Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * within the Labor Supply or Manpower Outsourcing industry: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: * Valid UAE Driving License (Required) Work Location: In person
