Senior Accountant

**Role Overview** The Strategic Executive will support client engagements through business analysis, MIS reporting, performance tracking, and execution support. The role involves working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to assist in implementation, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** ▪ Support data analysis, business performance tracking, and reporting ▪ Assist in preparation and maintenance of MIS and KPI dashboards ▪ Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and variances ▪ Prepare structured reports, presentations, and working files ▪ Track execution of key initiatives and follow up on action points ▪ Support implementation of systems, processes, and reporting frameworks ▪ Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement ▪ Assist in documentation of processes, SOPs, and business workflows ▪ Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for data and updates **Qualifications & Experience** ▪ CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA (Finance) ▪ 1–2 years of experience in finance, consulting, or business analysis roles ▪ Exposure to MIS, reporting, or data analysis preferred ▪ Strong proficiency in Excel and presentation tools **Skills & Competencies** ▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving ability ▪ Good understanding of financial and business concepts ▪ High attention to detail and data accuracy ▪ Ability to work with structured data and reports ▪ Strong follow-up and coordination skills ▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment ▪ Ability to handle client interactions with confidence, and professionalism Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience: * Accounts: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
