Senior Accountant

Job description: We’re looking to strengthen our team with a skilled and motivated Accountant / Tax Associate who can independently handle outsourced accounting assignments and UAE tax work. Key Responsibilities: \* Manage day-to-day accounting functions for multiple clients across various industries. \* Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reports. \* Handle VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including registration, return filing, and advisory. \* Support the audit process with timely preparation of financial statements and documentation. \* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE tax laws, regulations, and best practices. \* Liaise with clients to gather financial information, provide updates, and resolve queries. \* Ensure timely delivery of assignments with a high standard of accuracy and professionalism. Requirements: \* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm. \* Proven ability to handle client assignments independently. \* Understanding of UAE Tax regulations and accounting principles. \* Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar). \* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). \* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. \* A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: \* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. \* CA Inter, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications is a plus. \* UAE experience will be an added advantage.
