Senior Accountant

**Grow with Zeppelin** To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an experienced accountant to take on the role of Senior Accountant. This position is intended for a long term assignment in Saudi Arabia (Al Jubail) and offers the opportunity to assume responsibility in an international environment and to actively shape the financial future of Zeppelin Systems Gulf. At the earliest possible date, we are seeking a **Senior Accountant** for our location in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the Financial Manager in all core accounting activities * Full cycle accounting including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Payroll accounting * Ensure strong and clean accounting books through accurate postings and reconciliations · Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) * Perform regular reconciliations and maintain high data accuracy * Support VAT filings and reconciliation * Maintain basic knowledge of Zakat requirements * Prepare documentation for audit readiness and support external auditors * Contribute to improving and cleaning up accounting processes * Ensure compliance with internal policies and Saudi tax regulations * Work with ERP systems (SAP and Tally) **Requirements and Expected Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or accounting * Saudi National. * Professional experience in audit firms is preferred * 3–6 years of experience in small or medium sized companies * Strong understanding of accounting principles * Proven ability to build or clean up accounting processes * IFRS knowledge, especially IFRS 9, IFRS 15, and IFRS 16 * Strong reconciliation and Excel skills * Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally etc.) * Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written * and verbal) * High ownership, accountability, detail orientation, and * structured working style * Ability to flag issues early and maintain high accuracy **Why This Position Is Attractive** * Opportunity to work in a highly international environment * Supportive team culture with strong values and social responsibility * Attractive employment conditions * Long-term career perspective within a financially strong, future oriented foundation owned company * A corporate culture based on the values of Ferdinand Graf von Zeppelin, with a strong focus on social responsibility and sustainability * The opportunity to actively shape the financial and strategic development of Zeppelin Systems Gulf **Interested?** Shape the future of our global business together.
