As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Senior Accountant** to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Key Responsibilities * Manage the complete accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations. * Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UAE accounting standards. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. * Handle UAE VAT calculations, filings, and ensure compliance with FTA regulations. * Process payroll, WPS, employee reimbursements, and end-of-service benefits. * Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts and budgets. * Handle developer commission reconciliations and brokerage accounting. * Maintain client accounts and reconcile receivables and payables. * Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. * Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. * Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping across all financial transactions. * Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls. * Maintain confidentiality of all financial and company information. Requirements * **Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in the UAE.** * **Mandatory experience in UAE Real Estate Accounting.** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. * Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance. * Experience working with a UAE real estate brokerage or developer is mandatory. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Hands-on experience with accounting software such as **Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Odoo, or similar ERP systems.** * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Immediate joiners will be preferred.
