Senior Accountant

We're Hiring – Accountant We are looking for a **detail-oriented and experienced Accountant** to join our team in **Abu Dhabi, UAE**. Requirements * Minimum 5 **years of accounting experience in the UAE**. * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of **UAE VAT regulations** and tax filing. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and accounting software. * Strong experience in **bookkeeping**, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Experience in **inventory management, inventory control, and inventory reconciliation**. * Experience in **daily sales reconciliation** and transaction matching for multi branches . * Ability to prepare monthly financial reports. * Previous experience in the **retail or trading industry** is preferred. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good command of English (written and spoken). Key Responsibilities * Record and maintain daily accounting transactions. * Maintain accurate bookkeeping records. * Reconcile daily sales from retail stores, online channels, and POS systems. * Verify and reconcile cash, card, bank, and online payment transactions. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. * Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Monitor, reconcile, and maintain accurate inventory records. * Conduct inventory reconciliations and assist with stock counts. * Investigate and resolve discrepancies between POS, payment gateways, bank deposits, and accounting records. * Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. * Prepare and maintain VAT documentation and ensure timely tax filing. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and UAE financial regulations. **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE If you meet the above requirements, please send your CV and mention **"Accountant"** in the subject line.
