Senior Electrical Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Electrical Engineer** to lead the design, review, and coordination of electrical systems for high-profile building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in consultancy environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and review electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, low current systems, and fire alarm systems. * Prepare and supervise detailed electrical engineering drawings, reports, specifications, and calculations. * Lead coordination with other disciplines (architectural, mechanical, structural, etc.) to ensure seamless project integration. * Attend client, site, and technical meetings as needed to resolve issues and ensure design compliance. * Supervise and mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians within the electrical team. * Ensure all designs meet local authority regulations, international standards, and project requirements. * Conduct site inspections and respond to RFIs and contractor queries during construction phase. * Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). * Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in a consultancy or design firm. * Proven experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments. * Strong knowledge of DEWA/ADDC/SEWA regulations and international standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NFPA). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, and other electrical design tools. * UAE experience and consultancy background are **mandatory**. * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
