**WE ARE HIRING** **Professionals Experienced in Infrastructure Projects (Roads & Utilities) in UAE** **Senior Estimation Engineer** **Key Responsibilities** * Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). * Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted works. * Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, BIM models, and technical documents. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Analyze project scope, risks, assumptions, and opportunities. * Prepare technical and commercial bid proposals. * Conduct rate analysis for standard and non-standard items. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and project management teams. * Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives. * Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and technical discussions when required. * Maintain cost databases, estimation records, and historical pricing information. * Ensure compliance with client specifications, contractual requirements, and company standards. * Prepare estimation reports, bid summaries, and management presentations. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Proven experience in estimation, tendering, or quantity surveying. * Experience with Candy CCS software is preferred. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing. * Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. **Apply Now** Pay: AED2,446.95 - AED14,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your current salary?
