The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of CRM solutions through manual and/or automation testing while working closely with developers, business analysts, and functional consultants. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. * Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. * Validate CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and custom CRM solutions. * Test customizations including plugins, workflows, business rules, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps. * Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools. * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure quality deliverables. * Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. * Execute SQL queries for backend data validation. * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. * Contribute to automation testing using Selenium, EasyRepro, or similar frameworks (preferred). ### **Required Skills & Qualifications** * 4+ years of experience in Software QA/Testing. * Minimum 2+ years of experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications. * Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies. * Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing. * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other test management tools. * Experience with SQL for database validation. * Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools. * Understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. ### **Preferred Skills** * Experience with automation testing using Selenium, EasyRepro, Playwright, or similar tools. * Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). * Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. * Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an added advantage. ### **Skills Required:** * QA Engineer **Project:** PROJ-0579 **Talent Requisition ID:** JR-26-042702
