Site Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have **1–2 years of UAE site experience** and be capable of supervising site activities, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor daily site activities. * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records. * Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site. * Resolve technical issues and report any site concerns to the Project Manager. * Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of **1–2 years of UAE site experience**. * Experience in Post-Tension (PT) works * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. * UAE driving license is an advantage. **Preferred:** * Can join immediately or within a short notice period.
