Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer – High-Rise Building Construction **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Site Engineer** to join our team for prestigious **high-rise building projects** in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in high-rise construction and demonstrate the ability to manage on-site execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for high-rise building projects. * Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. * Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals before execution. * Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports. * Ensure compliance with quality assurance, quality control (QA/QC), and HSE requirements. * Resolve technical and construction-related issues in collaboration with the project team. * Verify completed work and ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements. * Coordinate material deliveries, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization. * Participate in site inspections, consultant meetings, and project coordination meetings. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * **Minimum 8 years of proven experience** as a **Site Engineer** Residential / Highrise Building * Mandatory UAE experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use high-rise projects. * Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works. * Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation. * Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and construction management software. * Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * UAE Driving License is an advantage.
