Site Manager – Fit-Out Construction **Company:** Sogno Decoration Design **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-time Job Overview Sogno Decoration Design is looking for a **trustworthy, experienced, and proactive Site Manager** to oversee interior fit-out projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong site management skills, the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, and experience working closely with Engineers and Project Managers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities * Supervise daily site operations and construction activities. * Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. * Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule. * Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications. * Enforce health and safety regulations on site. * Manage site labor, materials, and equipment efficiently. * Report project updates, issues, and progress to management. * Resolve site-related issues and maintain smooth project execution. Requirements * **Minimum 3 years of UAE experience** as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor in interior fit-out construction. * Proven experience in residential, commercial, or retail fit-out projects. * Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical plans. * Experience working under the supervision of a Project Manager or Engineer. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Trustworthy, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines. * Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety regulations. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
