Al Mayadi Enterprises is looking for an experienced **Site Foreman / Site Supervisor** to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, supervise installation teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Experience in natural stone, exterior finishing, cladding, paving, or related construction works is required. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Site Supervision:** **·** Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project schedules. **·** Manage and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and installation teams. **·** Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications. **2. Project Coordination:** **·** Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and clients. **·** Review drawings and ensure work is executed according to approved plans. **·** Resolve site issues and report project progress regularly. **3. Quality & Safety:** **·** Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations. **·** Enforce health and safety regulations on site. **·** Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential risks. **4. Materials & Resources:** **·** Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper usage on site. **·** Coordinate equipment and manpower requirements. **·** Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and work progress updates. **Qualifications:** **·** Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. **·** Proven experience supervising construction projects, with experience in natural stone, exterior finishing, cladding, paving, or related construction works required. **·** Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings. **·** Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. **·** Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage. **·** UAE Driving License is required.
