Raban Al Safina Group Smart Oasis Managing Director (MD) Technology & Digital Solutions Smart Oasis, part of Raban Al Safina Group, is seeking a Managing Director who combines executive leadership and technology delivery expertise with strong business development and commercial management. Key Responsibilities Lead company strategy, profit and loss, growth planning and the operating model for technology solutions and services. Manage the commercial cycle from market development and qualified opportunities through proposals, pricing, negotiation and collection. Oversee technology projects, solution delivery and support services, balancing technical quality, schedules, resources and margins. Align sales, presales, engineering, project management, service delivery and finance around measurable business objectives. Develop strategic customer, technology vendor and implementation partner relationships. Establish portfolio reviews, delivery assurance, service performance measures and disciplined commercial risk management. Requirements Proven executive responsibility for a technology company or substantial technology business unit. Strong business and commercial expertise, with evidence of winning business, negotiating contracts and improving profitability. Demonstrated leadership of operations and complex technology projects, including delivery teams and customer acceptance. Technical breadth sufficient to challenge solution designs and govern delivery across relevant ICT, infrastructure, software or cybersecurity services. Practical command of project margins, service agreements, recurring revenue models, vendor terms and cash collection. Ability to communicate credibly with technical specialists, senior customers and executive stakeholders. Preferred: A relevant technology, engineering or business degree; experience developing solution portfolios, managed services and strategic technology partnerships.
