Buckingham Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Social Media Marketing Manager** to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that attract potential buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants while retaining existing clients. This role oversees all marketing initiatives, manages campaigns, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, market visibility, and sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities:** **Marketing Management** * Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties and the Buckingham Real Estate brand. * Manage digital marketing, including website, social media, and online advertising platforms. * Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, virtual tours, and property listings. * Coordinate with property portals and advertising platforms (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) to maximize listing visibility. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and property positioning. * Support the sales team by generating marketing leads and assisting with promotional activities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience promoting residential or commercial real estate properties. * Experience in social media video generation and lead generation is a must. * Familiarity with real estate marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut). * Background in content creation, brand strategy, and creative direction. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: * Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred) * Marketing : 2 years (Preferred)
