Background And Context The ILO PROSPECTS Programme continues to strengthen national systems in Iraq with a focus on expanding employability opportunities for young women and men. As part of these efforts, the ILO will support the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MoYS) in institutionalizing its flagship Job Search Clubs (JSC) methodology across Iraq.
This support will include the provision of logistical assistance for the establishment and rollout of four new Job Search Clubs in Ninawa. In addition, the intervention will focus on strengthening the sustainability and quality of the JSC approach through mentoring, capacity building, and technical assistance for MoYS staff and facilitators. The support will also facilitate the certification of MoYS facilitators, enhancing their ability to effectively deliver JSC services and support young job seekers in accessing employment opportunities.
Purpose / Objective For This Service
Provide logistical support to conduct four exemplary Job Search clubs by MOYS staff in Ninawa.
The services provider is expected to deliver the following services per the table for logistical requirement below, these include
Provision of cash distribution for transportation and facilitation costs for participants per week per club
Purchase and delivery of requested items (stationary, coffee break items …etc)
Any other service requested in the table
Event Date From/to The contract period will cover 20 of Sep - 30th of November 2026.
During this period, Four Job Search Club will be implemented, each club has 12 consecutive working days, for a total of 48 implementation days across all four clubs.
Location
Ninawa in the following locations (subject to confirmation by ILO)
Center 1: Al-Muthanna Neighborhood | Al-Hadbaa Youth and Sports Forum.
Center 2: Al-Shorta Neighborhood | Al-Andalus Youth and Sports Forum.
Conditions That Must Be Met In The Hall The training will be held at MOYS Facilities at Training of Trainer center in Ninawa and at Governorate office (Exact location to be determined prior to event)
Free Wi-Fi internet connection in the training rooms.

All interested applicants are requested to submit a price form, and price BOQ, signed and stamped in PDF format through UNGM/JAGGAER platforms
Prices should remain valid for 90 days after the application deadline
Evaluation The ILO consider the technically compliant / cost effective offers
Preference shall be given for applicants with previous experience with the UN agencies
The ILO shall consider companies which are active and registered in Iraq and the KRI ONLY
