Systems Integration Specialist

About the Role Dingkk11 is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting disparate software systems, cloud environments, enterprise databases, and hardware platforms into cohesive, high-performing IT architectures. You will lead the design, API development, testing, and maintenance of integration pipelines to ensure seamless data flow, system interoperability, and operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities * Integration Architecture: Design, build, and deploy robust middleware, API endpoints, and system integration workflows between core enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, legacy databases, and third-party SaaS platforms). * ETL & Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain automated Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) pipelines to guarantee real-time data synchronization across all platforms. * System Testing & Validation: Conduct comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end regression testing to ensure data integrity, protocol alignment, and system stability. * Monitoring & Maintenance: Continuously monitor API health, trace integration bottlenecks, troubleshoot system failures, and execute prompt corrective measures. * Security & Compliance: Implement secure authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, TLS/SSL), role-based access control, and strict data governance policies during data transmission and integration. Qualifications & Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. * Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Integration Engineer, Middleware Specialist, or Enterprise Application Integrator. * Technical Expertise: Deep experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, GraphQL, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), ESB platforms, and ETL frameworks. * Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in languages commonly used for integration, such as Python, Java, Node.js, C#, or SQL. * Certifications: Integration or cloud provider certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Integration Specialist) are highly advantageous. * Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); working knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
