Technical Solutions Architect **Company:** Techozon **Location:** Tunis Street, Hawalli, Hawalli Governorate, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 2,100 per month** Job Summary Techozon is seeking an experienced and innovative **Technical Solutions Architect** to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing scalable technology solutions, leading solution architecture initiatives, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing systems. This leadership role is ideal for an IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, systems integration, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities * Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business objectives and technology strategies. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and define technical architectures. * Develop architecture blueprints, solution designs, technical documentation, and implementation roadmaps. * Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies, platforms, frameworks, and software solutions. * Ensure solution designs meet performance, scalability, security, availability, and compliance requirements. * Oversee system integration, cloud migration, application modernization, and infrastructure optimization projects. * Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle. * Review application and infrastructure designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. * Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies. * Support project teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production activities. * Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business performance. * Mentor developers, engineers, and technical teams on architecture best practices. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of **7 years** of experience in IT solution design, systems architecture, software engineering, or enterprise architecture, including at least **3 years** in a solutions architect or senior technical leadership role. * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Experience with enterprise applications, APIs, microservices, databases, networking, cybersecurity, and systems integration. * Proficiency in architecture frameworks, DevOps practices, containerization, and virtualization technologies. * Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, or equivalent are highly desirable. * Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
