We’re Hiring: Testing, Release & Change Management Officer Location: Erbil, Iraq Employment Type: Full-time Department: Information Technology About the Role: First Iraqi Bank (FIB) is seeking a Testing, Release & Change Management Officer to manage system testing, software releases, and change management activities. The role ensures all system changes are thoroughly tested, properly documented, and successfully deployed with minimal operational risk. Key Responsibilities: Manage system testing and software release activities. Perform testing for system enhancements, fixes, and updates. Coordinate release deployments with vendors and internal teams. Document test cases, results, and change activities. Prepare rollback plans and support production deployments. Ensure all releases are properly approved and communicated. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in system testing, release, or change management. • Experience with Core Banking systems is preferred. • Strong analytical, testing, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • ISTQB or ITIL v4 certification is preferred. • Good command of English.
