2D / 3D DESIGNER

**URGENT LOOKING FOR!!** * **2D/3D DESIGNER** **Position Overview** We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **2D/3D Designer** to join our fit-out construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality design concepts, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations that bring interior and architectural projects to life. This role requires creativity, precision, and strong collaboration with project managers, and engineers. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop **2D drawings** (plans, elevations, sections, details) for fit-out projects. * Produce **3D models and renderings** to visualize design concepts and support client presentations. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet technical, functional, and aesthetic requirements. * Ensure all designs comply with **building codes, safety standards, and company guidelines**. * Revise and update drawings based on feedback from clients and project teams. * Maintain organized project files and documentation for smooth workflow. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Interior Design, or related field**. * Proven experience (2–4 years) in **fit-out design, interior design, or construction projects**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and rendering software** (Lumion, V-Ray, etc.). * Strong knowledge of **materials, finishes, and construction detailing**. * Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Skills** * Experience in **commercial, retail, or office fit-out projects**. * Creative problem-solving and attention to detail. * Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to project requirements.
