4D Planning Engineer

1. Link the P6 schedule with the BIM/3D models to create accurate 4D visualizations 2. Liase with internal teams and subcontractors/trades, collect data/program to create visual simulations reflecting project progress 3. Use 4D simulations to identify spatial clashes or sequence errors before they occur on site. Requirements 1. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning, with at least 3 years dedicated to 4D BIM modeling and visual scheduling. Excellent visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex schedule data into easily understandable animations for non-technical stakeholders. 2. Professional Competency Wise Model Integration: Expert in linking Primavera P6 schedules with BIM/3D models (using Synchro Pro, Navisworks, or Fuzor) to create accurate and dynamic 4D visualizations. Logistics & Site Utilization: Proven ability to create visual simulations for crane movements, laydown areas, material delivery routes, and site access—critical for active, constrained airport environments. Clash & Sequence Verification: Skilled in using 4D simulations to proactively identify spatial clashes or sequence errors before they occur on site. Stakeholder Communication: Ability to facilitate coordination workshops and present 4D simulations to site managers, subcontractors, and the Employer to demonstrate how and when work will happen. 3. Qualifications Advanced proficiency in 4D scheduling software: Synchro Pro, Navisworks Manage, or Fuzor. Solid working knowledge of Primavera P6 to ensure the 4D model always reflects the actual approved schedule logic. BIM-related certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, buildingSMART) are highly preferred. 4. Experience Related Minimum 3 years of experience specifically on large-scale, complex infrastructure projects (airports, transit hubs, high-rises). Demonstrated portfolio of 4D logistics planning, crane studies, and phasing simulations. Experience collaborating closely with Senior Planning Engineers to ensure schedule integrity and logic alignment between P6 and the 4D model. \*\*\*\*Salary will be finalised based on the candidate’s relevant experience and competencies post-interview.
