Job Overview We are looking for a talented and results-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, along with hands-on experience working with FinTech CRM platforms, particularly in customization and optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications that deliver excellent user experiences while supporting efficient and scalable business operations. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. - Manage, customize, and optimize Forex CRM systems according to business requirements. - Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party services. - Design, manage, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. - Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. - Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve functionality, stability, and performance. - Follow industry best practices for coding, testing, version control, deployment, security, and technical documentation. - Ensure applications are secure, responsive, scalable, and optimized for performance. - Contribute to continuous improvements in development processes, application architecture, and overall system efficiency. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. - Proven experience with CRM implementation, management, and customization, preferably within the Forex or FinTech industry. - Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Solid experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar technologies. - Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. - Familiarity with Git, GitHub, deployment tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.
